Our staff

We understand that for most service users it is important that they know the support workers who will be looking after them understand their needs. We take great care in recruiting, training and supervising our staff. Our team of carers are local and are very passionate about the service they provide. .

Coastal Homercare Services Ltd ensure that through a stringent selection procedure only they most suitable candidate is chosen for the role, all applicants receive fair and equitable treatment. We use a vigorous recruitment process and all candidates that are successful undertake and induction and training process prior to starting a probationary period with us.

All required checks are undertaken including eligibility to work in the UK, reference checks and an enhanced CRB/DBS check prior to them starting work with Coastal Homecare Services.

A programme of training is available for all care workers and we encourage them to take NVQ at levels tow and three depending on their skill level and the type of care work they wish to undertake.
